More and more it seems we read about public meetings that have gone awry. Our municipal staff, boards & community members are often under pressure to redirect conversations toward more effective outcomes. Sometimes we may struggle to do this well.
MHP has partnered w/ Citizens Housing & Planning Association (CHAPA) & the Consensus Building Institute (CBI) to develop a four-module training program to foster effective public engagement in our communities.
