ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Eden Holt is the founder/CEO of The Connection Effect and a professional certified life coach. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Intercultural Diversity & Equity Communications, complemented by specialized certifications in Psychology, Forensic Psychology, and Conflict Resolution from Missouri State University. As a DAMI Career Coach and Facilitator of the Cultural Competency Training Program, Eden brings a deep understanding of cultural dynamics and effective communication into her approach to teaching and training. Her work is backed by an A+ accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, and she was honored to be the 2024 Community Choice Award Winner in Professional Coaching. She marries her experience as a business owner and expert communication skills with her role as the SCORE SW Missouri Chapter Chair to serve entrepreneurs and small business owners in the varying life cycles of their businesses.
