2024 Punkin Chunkin Vendor Market

***ALL VENDOR SPACES ARE CURRENTLY SOLD. PLEASE FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION TO BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST. IF SPACE BECOMES AVAILIBLE WE WILL CONACT YOU ASAP.***

Register for the 2024 Punkin Chunkin Festival Market! Open to all categories of vendors. Food Trucks MUST be current Members of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce and menus will be reviewed prior to acceptance.

Applications will be accepted first come first serve. The Punkin Chunkin Committee reserves the right to reject any vendor.

  • THE EVENT IS OUTSIDE AND TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. (REFUNDS NOT ISSUED FOR INCLAMENT WEATHER)
  • Vendors will supply their own tents. (TENT WEIGHTS ARE NOW REQURED FOR THE SAFTEY OF OTHER VENDORS)
  • Vendors provide their own tables and chairs. Single Booth 10 x 10.
  • Electricity is not available.
  • Vehicles must be parked off site.
  • Vendors must clean up their own waste and remove after event.
  • Vendors selling taxable items must have current NYS Tax Certificate.


Permits and Licenses:

All participating Market vendors must abide by all applicable federal, state, and local health regulations. Market vendors will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any permits and licenses required by New York State. Market vendors must comply with the regulations within New York State that include regulations pertaining to the harvesting, food preparation and safety, and labeling of products within NYS for products that are brought to and sold at the Punkin Chunkin Market.


All Market vendors must include when submitting the application packet a copy of all applicable reports, permits and licenses required by NYSDOH.


All vendors, new and returning must complete an application.
