The Emerson Leadership Institute at Saint Louis University will host Bob Chapman, Chairman of Barry-Wehmiller, as part of its distinguished Leadership Speaker Series.
Chapman will share insights from the newly released 10th anniversary edition of his widely acclaimed book, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family. The book has become a touchstone for leaders around the globe, promoting a vision of business that values people as much as performance.
Following his address, Chapman will join Dean Jackson Nickerson and Raj Sisodia — coauthor of Everybody Matters -- for a fireside chat on dignity-based leadership, exploring how leaders can foster cultures of respect, trust, and belonging in today’s complex world.
The evening will conclude with a cocktail reception and networking.
