What is your refund policy?

What if I have a food allergy or special dietary needs?

Please contact Miriam at CCP and we will do our best to accommodate any special dietary needs.

Can I bring my children to the conference?

We welcome new infants who are breastfeeding and have a dedicated space available for nursing or pumping mothers. Because this is a professional learning event, we ask that other children stay home. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a focused learning environment for all attendees.

Do I need to bring cash or other forms of payment?

There is no requirement to bring cash. However, some exhibitors may have items available for purchase, and soda will be available for a small fee. If you plan to purchase these items, bringing cash or a card for convenience is recommended.

I’m not able to attend, is there a virtual or recorded option?

This is an in-person only event, and we are not offering a virtual or recorded option. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll be able to join us in person in the future.
