Recently, the topics of gossip, small-town connections, when to "share gossip vs reveal interesting news," and managing crucial conversations have come up again and again. These discussions can be hard to have and that is exactly why we would like to provide a safe and fun environment for our attendees to explore management tools when it comes to these situations. We want to help create boundaries and encourage coop-etition amongst all businesses, not just our large number of female-owned businesses within our community. We feel our WIB group is an excellent place to start! |
