· All Congregational Delegates need to be registered before August 1 in order to receive conference materials prior to the Delegate Briefing scheduled for Tuesday, September 8 at 6:30pm on Zoom. When registering, delegates will need an individual email that is unique to them. · Each delegate needs: unique email, mailing address if receiving conference book via post, interest in buffet breakfast. · There will be assigned seating to encourage meeting new people and a diverse table. Please contact the District Office should you need special accommodations to sit with someone specific. · Conference Books will be sent out in August. If you do not receive yours by the end of August either by USPS or email, please contact the District Office. · Congregational Delegates for 2026 - Pastors and Board Chairs have received information regarding Delegates through the Biweekly Brief.
