Job Foundation Community of Practice

In partnership with DDA, Wise hosts a community of practice for those involved in Job Foundation. All transition stakeholders are invited to attend, including employment providers, school representatives, DVR counselors, DDA case managers, county representatives, students, and families. Come learn about the Job Foundation program and help increase employment outcomes for young adults with disabilities in your community.
