Speaker Profile::Paul R. Zalucky serves as Managing Director of Enki Consulting, LLC and is a Member of the International Cyber Authority Advisory Board. He brings strategic expertise and geopolitical perspectives gained from 27 years overseas as an Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.
He is a Central and Eastern Europe expert and has experience in South Asia and the Middle East. He spent most of his career overseas, devising solutions to political and cultural challenges, and engaging foreign government officials on terrorism, proliferation, geopolitical risk, and regional stability issues. Mr. Zalucky serves as an advisor to Growth Research Unit, in Krakow, Poland, an association of economists dedicated to the analysis of growth and development trends in Central and Eastern Europe. He is fluent in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian. Mr. Zalucky will discuss his 28-year career as a CIA Operations Officer overseas before retiring from its Executive Ranks. He will share his experiences as an Operations Officer in Moscow, the Subcontinent, the Middle East, Kyiv and Warsaw. He served in Moscow from 84-86 and was involved in the operations highlighted in David Hoffman’s book “Billion Dollar Spy.” Zalucky continues to conduct business in the central Europe, travels to Ukraine to assist with security and humanitarian projects and maintains an office in Warsaw. |
