Discussion Topic:

Tech Stack Economics: Governing Spend, Measuring ROI, and Avoiding Tool Sprawl

As technology investments continue to grow across organizations of all sizes, many finance leaders encounter challenges in measuring ROI, managing subscription proliferation, rationalizing overlapping tools, and maintaining governance without stifling innovation. This peer roundtable will explore how financial executives evaluate, budget, and govern technology spend decisions, including ROI frameworks, capitalization versus expense considerations, amortization policies, subscription management, renewal inflation, and the integration of emerging technologies such as AI.

Registration open to current FEI Madison Chapter Members and prospective members.
