| Cancellation Policy: Event runs rain or shine. Please contact the welcome center if you need to cancel 517-546-0249. Refunds will be honored for cancellations up to 48 hours before the event. HNC reserves the right to cancel this event for inclement weather including high winds and thunderstorms. Safety is our top priority, and we believe these weather conditions could pose a risk to participants. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In the event of a cancellation, here are your options: Reschedule: We would be happy to reschedule your Experience for a later date. Full Refund: If you prefer not to reschedule, we will be issuing a full refund for your registration.
