Presentation Overview: Cybersecurity: One Year Later

Review of how cybersecurity evolved from when Aon presented in 2025. Update on all things cybersecurity, including cyber breach stats, pre- and post-breach mitigation strategies, AI impact, and a cyber insurance market update.

The Connection Session: A Guided Networking Experience

We are excited to introduce a new approach. Join us for a structured networking session designed to help attendees build meaningful and intentional connections before the main program begins. Upon arrival, guests will be assigned to tables where discussion starters and ice-breaker prompts spark dialogue. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in purposeful conversations and leave with valuable new relationships and insights.

Jacob is a Senior Broker for Aon's Cyber Solutions team in the Central Region. Jacob is responsible for consulting with clients on Cyber, Professional Liability, Technology, and Media Risks by identifying exposures, managing insurance market relationships, strategizing and creating tailored risk transfer solutions, as well as executing on policy terms, conditions, and servicing. 

 

Jacob is experienced working with clients of different industry and size, with a focus on the Financial Industry, Manufacturing, Technology, Logistics, Healthcare, and Retail clients. He primarily works as part of the Enterprise Account team supporting clients with $2B in annual revenue or greater.

David Collier

Since 2017, Dave has served the firm’s Central Region as a Senior Vice President and is responsible for leading the delivery of all of Stroz Friedberg’s consulting services. For more than 25 years, Dave has supported clients dealing with cyber events and related needs in complex investigations, privacy and litigation matters. Dave’s expertise focuses on digital forensics assignments in civil, criminal, and regulatory matters and on assignments involving response to instances of computer crime and abuse. 


Drawing on his experience with reactive events, Dave helps clients enhance their cyber security programs. He regularly directs enterprise-wide and high-impact security assessments for executive leadership and Boards of Directors at large public companies, high-growth start-ups, and privately held corporations. He guides companies on developing appropriate security roadmaps and coordinates technical testing efforts to assess and improve organizational resilience to cyber and privacy events. Dave is supported by a global team of expert consultants that specialize in helping clients solve the complex challenges prevalent in today’s digital, connected and regulated business world. Dave frequently presents on cyber insurance, cybersecurity and data privacy topics at industry conferences and local events.
