We hope you’ll join us as an exhibitor during our 2026 Public Policy Conference! Your exhibit provides an excellent opportunity to develop new contacts, present your organization and showcase ways in which your organization can help support those who work on behalf of individuals and families with behavioral health and developmental disability services needs in Virginia. Conference participants will visit the displays throughout the day and during the receptions, continental breakfasts, and morning and afternoon breaks

Conference attendees include:

• CSB/BHA Board Members, Executive Directors, Program Directors, Clinicians, Case Managers and Supervisors
• CSB/BHA Administrators, Administrative Staff, IT Staff and HR Staff
• Behavioral Healthcare providers for children and adults
• Private providers of community developmental services
• CSB/BHA medical and nursing staff
• Peer Specialists

Please be mindful of the following due dates:

• ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL TO THE VACSB by September 1st, 2026. If your payment is not received by that time, your spot will be offered to those on the waitlist
• No refunds or cancelations after September 1st, 2026
• Advertisements are due September 1st, 2026 - High-quality PNG/JPG are preferred
• Logos for GOLD & SILVER Sponsors are due upon registration please send to vlong@vacsb.org.

Exhibitor Schedule

October 6th: Optional setup 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. (All exhibitors must be set up by 9:30 am on 10-7-26)

October 7th Exhibit Center Opens 9:30 am – 5:00 pm - Conference begins this day at 11:00 am

October 8th: Exhibit Center Opens 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (exhibits must be removed by 6 pm)

REFRESHMENT BREAK OR RECEPTION SPONSOR 

• The Refreshment Break Sponsorship: $900.00- Includes recognition in the conference program & logo prominently displayed at the refreshment break. Please note, this sponsorship does not come with a table or a registration.

• The Welcome or Networking Reception Sponsorship: $3,000.00- Includes recognition in the conference program & your logo prominently displayed at the reception. One 6-foot skirted table and a chair will be provided at the reception exclusively for 1 hour. Raffles, door prizes, etc. are welcome during the reception. The current CSB leadership roster and a conference participant list will be provided. Please note, this sponsorship does not come with registration.
