Sketch, Restore, Connect: Discover the Manhattan Beach Dunes Through Art

Join us for fun sketching activities centered on observing and getting to know the fascinating ecology of our sandy beach habitat. Grab your favorite sketching supplies, even if it’s just a pencil and some scratch paper. We will also have some sketching supplies to share. All skill levels welcome!

This is a joint event with Los Angeles Audubon, Nature Nexus and The Bay Foundation.

We will meet on the bike path by the beach near the 36th Street and N The Strand. Closest Lifeguard Tower is Rosecrans Ave. See the map for reference (Red Box).
