Tuesdays@2: Beyond the Basics of Mobile Advocacy

Mobile advocacy is a survivor-driven approach that focuses on meeting with survivors in places of their choosing, like coffee shops, libraries, and even their own homes, and helps in accompanying survivors to community-based appointments. This training will provide an in-depth explanation of CARE Mobile Advocacy best practices, tools, and resources, and will include additional information about ODVN mobile and health programming that may be able to help survivors in your programs. Additionally, you will hear from Survivor Advocacy Outreach Program, an ODVN member program, on their mobile advocacy program and what they have learned.

Presenter: Emily Kulow, Director of Mobile Advocacy and Meaningful Access, ODVN
