| The City of Green Bay and the Green Bay Area Public School District, supported by the NEW Construction Alliance, has created the first ever Green Bay Trades Day. This newly launched event is dedicated to showcasing careers in the construction trades and the vital role they play in Northeast Wisconsin’s economy. This event is designed to connect construction employers directly with students and community members interested in learning more about careers in the skilled trades.
With nearly 400 students expected to attend, along with members of the general public, Green Bay Trades Day offers construction companies a high-impact opportunity to engage with future talent, raise awareness of career pathways, and highlight the wide range of opportunities available within the construction industry.
Participating companies will host a table on the event floor, providing a space to showcase their trade specialties, share information about job and apprenticeship opportunities, and connect directly with attendees interested in construction careers.
