March 31, 2025: Bystander Intervention (In-Person Training Session)

When in the presence of offensive conduct, bystanders may, for a variety of reasons, choose not to get involved; this is known as the “bystander effect.” This training module helps attendees recognize the importance of intervention and proposes strategies for how to effectively intervene in the workplace setting.

Note: Registration is required for this event. This training is for current employees of the legislative branch of the federal government. Registrants who do not use their .gov email address may have their registration declined.
