HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR LISTING(S)
1. All listings must be submitted via online registration through through the Black Register button below
2. Listing(s) must be entered into CRMLS with photos uploaded prior to the submission deadline of 10:00am on Tuesdays. (For Flex MLS users, please have your listing uploaded and active 24 hours prior to the Tuesday’s deadline to ensure a complete data pull of your listing)
3. Each registration will take a maximum of 3 submissions per week.
By submitting your listing for caravan you agree to the following: The listing agent or a representative must be present at the Marketing Meeting to present the listing. If the listing agent or their representative is not present to pitch the listing the listing agent will be fined $50 (with funds going to charity) and no further listing submission requests will be accepted until the fine is remitted.

All listings featured on caravan must be featured as Open Houses from 10:00am to 1:00pm with the listing agent or a designated representative present. The only exceptions are; vacant properties can be held open, on lockbox and vacant land listings.
