The Ballona Wetlands is the second largest open space and the last coastal wetlands in Los Angeles. Outdoor spaces\, like Ballona\, should be a space where people of any identity feel safe and welcomed. \n\nOur Docent Calvin Bonn and Manager of Communications and Community Engagement\, Samaya Rubio will lead you through the Ballona Wetlands and surrounding areas\, where you’ll learn about birds\, ecology\, and history.
