Session 1: In this session, businesses will receive an overview of the Procurement Fair and what to expect with this year’s format. Businesses will learn tips on how to make the most of their time meeting with departmental buyers, advice on how best to present themselves and share info that purchaser’s really care about and set themselves apart from the competition. Following this will be a presentation from OSDS staff with information on how small businesses and businesses owned by disabled veterans can apply for certification to become preferred sellers in contracting with departments and agencies of the State of California.

 Session 2:

Panel discussion with seasoned Caltrans buyers from the North Region who will share best practices for selling to the North Region. APEX Accelerators will join us to provide business pitch development services to the small businesses in preparation for the Meet the Buyer sessions of the Procurement Fair.
