Join ODVN’s monthly offering to continue your self-care practices reducing the impact of secondary trauma exposure. These monthly, 30-minute sessions will provide a variety of techniques, including yoga and movement, guided imagery, tapping, and gratitude practices. You should have access to a space that lends itself to practicing yoga with a mat or a chair if you prefer. Many also benefit from having a blanket for additional comfort.
Take-Care Tuesdays demonstrate ODVN’s commitment to providing access to advocates across Ohio and a space to take care of yourself while serving others. We hope that programs can utilize this time as a trauma-informed approach in supporting advocate wellness.
Notable: Registration is required to attend this series, and you will be asked to sign a waiver for individual participation as these sessions are offered via Zoom.
