We use movement, breath, and sound to embrace a mind-body-spirit approach to compassionately allow sadness and anger to move through. This movement program and techniques are tools to help release the pain. Through the 5 Stages of Compassionate Transformation (awareness, expression, connection, surrender, and evolution), we will learn to release pain and move toward peace.
Meets weekly on Tuesdays, 5:15 to 6:15 pm for 15 weeks.
