Join us for a tour of the Lewiston Choice Neighborhood Initiative in Lewiston, with a tour of the Choice Wedgewood and Choice Dewitt projects. The first phase of the Lewiston Choice Neighborhood Initiative, the Wedgewood development, has added 82 mixed-income residential units, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, across 9 buildings on 4 separate parcels in the heart of the city. The DeWitt development, the second phase, will create 104 mixed-income homes and approximately 14,000sf of commercial space in two five-story buildings across from Kennedy Park and is slated for completion this year. |
