The first phase of the Lewiston Choice Neighborhood Initiative\, the Wedgewood development\, has added 82 mixed-income residential units\, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms\, across 9 buildings on 4 separate parcels in the heart of the city. The DeWitt development\, the second phase\, will create 104 mixed-income homes and approximately 14\,000sf of commercial space in two five-story buildings across from Kennedy Park and is slated for completion this year.
