In this course, educators will deepen understanding what the Science & Engineering Practices (SEP) of Defining Problems and Designing Solutions are and are not. Educators will engage with effective instructional strategies for supporting students in these two engineering practices. Educators will also explore how these SEPs are integrated into the Arizona Science Standards and discover what these practices look like for each grade-band (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12). |
