An all-in-one class designed to work the whole body.

This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing exercises. It focuses on using simple equipment to improve strength, agility, balance, and improve activities for daily living. Body weight, resistance bands, and exercise balls are used in this class.

Appropriate for all fitness levels, this class is comprised with a five-minute warm-up, the conditioning phase, and a
five-minute cool down.
