Shawn Moore, LCSW


Shawn Moore is a nationally recognized advocate and speaker for military and veteran family members, caregivers, and survivors. She is a licensed master social worker, and a widow of an Army veteran. Shawn is an adjunct professor in the Social Work Department at Park University. With a background as a former police officer of nearly 15 years, Shawn has dedicated her life to supporting families navigating the challenges of mental health, caregiving, and post-traumatic growth. She presents to national audiences, is the guest on many podcasts, and has appeared on several news outlets.
