| Join us for Hennepin County's annual Transition Extravaganza. Attendees will learn about services for transition age people with disabilities (ages 16-23). Families, caregivers, case managers and school staff are also welcome to attend.
Highlights include a resource fair, information about Hennepin County programs and services, and presentations about transitioning to adulthood.
Refreshments provided.
The event location is ADA accessible and Sensory Inclusive Certified. We can provide ASL interpretation. Contact us to arrange accommodations.
