Tammy Cooper is CEO/CFO of Technologent. She is responsible for oversight of the corporation including strategic planning, finance, audit, and HR functions. She has presided over an unprecedented growth period for the firm, leading it during a 23-year period from a 20 employee $25M startup to its current 300 employee operations pushing the $1 Billion mark. She brings a diverse perspective to the boardroom combining deep financial expertise, strategy, and governance to deliver thoughtful questions and insights that help drive informed decisions. Her current awards include OCBJ Women in Business 2022, OCBJ CFO of the Year Lifetime award 2023 and Enterprising Women of the Year 2023 by Enterprising Women Magazine. Tammy is a graduate of Cleveland State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. She is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and an avid professional baseball follower who currently resides in Irvine, CA.
