The Community Health Care section of Polk County's Health and Human Services Division is providing nonprofit organizations with the tools they need to carry out their mission. This is a workshop aimed at helping organizations be more competitive for funding opportunities, improve their processes and measure their success. Participants will learn how to set SMART goals for their organizations, examine real-world case studies and leave with practical tools to advocate for their causes and communities. This workshop will be offered on two dates: March 25 (in-person) and March 31 (virtual). |
