The Emerson Leadership Institute at Saint Louis University is proud to present Leading With Dignity: Building Great Organizations and a Stronger St. Louis Community, a special fireside chat bringing together regional leaders whose organizations embrace dignity-based leadership as a guiding principle for culture, decision-making, human flourishing, and organizational success. The discussion will explore both the opportunities and the practical implications of putting dignity at the center of leadership.
The event will also serve as the soft launch of Dignity Leadership STL: A Regional Consortium for Dignity-Based Leadership, convened by the Emerson Leadership Institute. We invite organizations, institutions, community leaders, and individuals across St. Louis to join Dignity Leadership STL and be part of this emerging conversationto explore what dignity-based leadership can mean for St. Louis and how, together, we can help make it an increasingly distinctive strength of our region.
