Abstract: This presentation will provide history of the FCEO. It will highlight financial challenges faced by Franklin County and touch on the aggressive funding strategy utilized to deliver the FCEO’s 10-Year CIP. The presentation will highlight historical impactful FCEO projects and look forward to the exciting work yet to come.
