The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Houston-Galveston Area Council invite you to attend a public meeting to discuss water quality in Cotton Bayou. In this meeting we will discuss the update to the current I-Plan as well as an addendum to the Technical Support Document for a TMDL in the Above Tidal portion of the watershed (0801E_01). We look forward to your feedback on identifying and reducing sources of pollution—primarily bacteria—in the watershed.
