All user clients & temporary staffing agencies need to take note that in addition to last year’s House Bill 2862 that created an avalanche of new regulations on Illinois staffing agencies & user clients that utilize temporary staffing services, the Illinois legislature went back in & made additional changes to the Illinois Day & Temporary Services Act through Senate Bill 3650. There are many new tweaks that the staffing industry must know & note. Some of the recent changes impact what they did to the law in 2023 through HB2862. Other recent changes are entirely new. |
