KDOT’s Planning and Programming (P&P) Grants provide resources to assist communities throughout the state in creating Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Plans and implementing programming priorities identified in an existing SRTS Plan. Both grants help communities plan for future SRTS efforts and build community momentum around walking, biking, and rolling to school. Applications for the 2026-2027 school year P&P grants are due by 5 pm on May 1, 2026.
