Photography is a form of storytelling. In the art form, as you choose what to put in or out of the frame, you direct the viewer to see just what you are showing them. Selling with pictures is no different. Nearly all places (platforms) where you can sell items online encourage you to add multiple pictures, often as many as 10. The better you can use these pictures to tell a cohesive story about your item, making it rich in detail but not missing the big picture (like a good author!), the more interesting and desirable your item becomes to the person on the other side of the screen.

Samantha Mills has been a portrait and commercial photographer for over a decade with work between here in the States and the UK.
