Lee Colón is the Collections Curator and Programs Manager at the Sing Sing Prison Museum. Previously, she held curatorial positions at The Museum of Modern Art and the Princeton University Art Museum, and managed the Dia Art Foundation’s oral history program. Between 2018 and 2023, she was managing editor of the journal ArtMargins, published by MIT Press. Her research and writing focuses on modern and contemporary art, with particular interest in art’s intersection with histories of medicine, technology, and science. She holds graduate degrees from Princeton University and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), and a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College. |
