Community Partner Conversation with North Country Healthcare

North Country Healthcare invites community partners to join us for a facilitated listening session focused on understanding the experiences, challenges, and strengths present across our region.

This gathering will be guided by facilitators from New Hampshire Listens of the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy and is designed to create space for open, respectful conversation among those who work closely with individuals, families, and communities every day.

Your perspective is essential in helping us better understand what’s working, where gaps exist, and how we can move forward together.

Why Participate

As a partner working closely with community members, you bring insight that cannot be captured through data alone. This session is an opportunity to:

  • Share what you’re seeing across the communities you serve
  • Surface emerging needs, trends, and barriers
  • Contribute to a broader understanding of how systems intersect
  • Help inform future planning and collaboration

This is not a forum for debate. It is a space for listening, reflection, and shared understanding.

What to Expect

  • A professionally facilitated conversation led by New Hampshire Listens at the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy
  • A structured, respectful format that allows for multiple perspectives
  • An opportunity to listen and be heard without pressure to present or problem-solve
