Multifamily Energy Code: Economical Options for Compliance

This half-day, in-person seminar at Seattle City Hall will focus on energy code compliance for multifamily buildings. For each segment, (envelope, HVAC, water heating, energy credits, alterations) Duane Jonlin of SDCI will outline the relevant state and Seattle code requirements, followed by a Seattle design professional to provide cost-effective compliance solutions and words to the wise. The expert panel includes Skye Bredberg of Weber Thompson, Andi Burnham of Delta E Consulting, and Shawn Oram of Ecotope.

In addition, representatives from Ephoca, Alpen, Gradient, Midea, and Nyle will have tables out to display their newest multifamily building products, and Seattle City Light program staff will be on hand with information on incentives, rebates, and other ways to help your projects become more sustainable and affordable.

Light morning refreshments will be provided.
