Night Off the Street (NOTS) and St. Peter's Episcopal Church present the Carson City premier screening of This Is Reno's documentary "A City In Crisis". The feature-length documentary focuses on how the Reno-area has grappled with growth, housing and homelessness over the past two decades. Producer Bob Conrad said. “We take an unfiltered look at what officials have said and what people impacted by their decisions have experienced.”
