DBIAHR Design-Build Project Showcase: Williamsburg Fire Station #1/Fire Admin/EOC

The Williamsburg Fire Station No. 1 is a $15 million PPEA Design/Build project which also houses the City’s Fire Administration Headquarters and Emergency Operations Center. The panel includes the Williamsburg City Manager and Fire Chief, and will share aspects of the project including procurement, design and construction. Tours of the facility will be provided after the panel discussion.

Seating is limited. The fire station is located at 440 North Boundary Street, at the corner of Boundary Street and Lafayette Street in Williamsburg.


There is no public parking onsite. Parking is free in the City Square Parking Terrace, located one-half block from the fire station at 401 N. Boundary St., across the street from the Stryker Center and Williamsburg Library.


Paid parking is also available at the Prince George Parking Garage, located 2 blocks south at 230 N. Henry St. This parking deck has two Universal Charging Stations on the first level and two Tesla Charging Stations on the second level. First 30 minutes free, $1 an hour afterward.
