Workshop Overview
The foundation for successfully working with others is laid by fostering dignity and belonging in every interaction. Yet, sadly, dignity violations and alienation are far too common. How can leaders foster dignity and belonging throughout their organization? This session provides insight into how and when interactions among people violate dignity or cause alienation. It also introduces participants to principles and practical tools to greatly increase the likelihood of fostering dignity and belonging in all interactions and meetings.
