Being Present: Practicing Mindfulness in the Workplace

Perfect for beginners and those curious about integrating mindfulness into today’s fast-paced workplace. This training will include opportunities to practice mindful skills with an emphasis on breath awareness, mind-body connections, communication skills and showing compassion for self and others. Class size is limited to 10 people. Open to OneSource Members only.

This program is led by Arlene Herman, a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher.
