The demand for Industrial Maintenance workers continues to rise and employers are reporting difficulty hiring skilled maintenance technicians. This 9 Month program will allow our industries to Grow Their Own and prepare participants to meet the demand for Industrial Maintenance Technicians. This industry specific program provides pre and current-level maintenance individuals with a clear understanding of Maintenance Terminology, Math, Safety, BP Reading, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, and Hydraulics.

This Program will cover the following modules:

Industrial Math
Gauge & Measurement
Blueprint Reading
Industrial Drafting
Mechanical Maintenance
Hydraulics
Electrical Safety
Motor Control
Electrical Troubleshooting

This program qualifies for the Arkansas Workforce Challenge Scholarship
