Hosted by Pasadena Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence (PCADD), a program of Social Model Recovery Systems.
PCADD provides Adult and Adolescent Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services and operates a Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Program supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs.
Providers from healthcare, behavioral health, and community organizations are invited to connect and share resources.
