Speaker: Dr. Allison Kos
Speaker Bio Dr. Allison Kos, Aledade's Regional Medical Director for New York and Maryland. Dr. Kos is a family medicine physician with extensive Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience. Dr. Kos joins us with experience in various value-based care relationships ranging from Medicaid pay-for-performance to shared-savings models across Commercial and Medicare Advantage markets. She has also managed federal programming related to MSSP and REACH focusing on care coordination and decreased hospitalization using technology and care team concepts. Before joining Aledade, Dr. Kos served as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for Progressive Community Health Centers and Lakeshore Community Health Centers in Southeast Wisconsin. Dr. Kos trained at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine and then completed her family medicine residency at St Vincent Hospital in Pennsylvania.
