Increase participant knowledge and skillset in accurately pinpointing causes of class-wide problem behavior & identifying appropriate universal supports to increase positive, expected student behaviors. Review necessary training & coaching procedure utilized to increase staff implementation success. Discussion of critical need for strong classroom management to reduce need for more restrictive & unnecessary interventions. *Content will complement "Fundamentals" teacher workshop being offered with an emphasis on the role of administrators in ensuring universal supports are effectively in place. |
