Saying No without Guilt:

The Courage to Say No and Maintain Connection

Thursday, June 18th, 11:30am to 1:00pm MDT (Denver CO) ONLINE

Stop saying yes when your heart means no.

Do you ever find yourself:

Saying yes when you really want to say no?

Feeling guilty, anxious, or selfish when setting boundaries?

Overcommitting and then feeling resentful, overwhelmed, or depleted"

Worrying about disappointing others or damaging relationships?

Struggling to honor your own needs without feeling ike you're letting someone down?

There is another way.

For many of us, saying "no" can feel uncomfortable, scary, or even impossible.

We may fear:

  • conflict
  • rejection
  • disappointing people we care about
  • being seen as selfish or uncaring
  • hurting someone's feelings
  • losing connection

So instead...

  • We people-please.
  • We overextend.
  • We say yes while quietly abandoning ourselves.

And eventually, resentment, exhaustion, stress or disconnection take hold.

But what if saying no could actually strengthen connection instead of damaging it?

In This 90-Minute Interactive Workshop You'll Learn How To:
