THE KIDNEY FOUNDATION

GRANDE PRAIRIE & REGION OFFICE

April 25, 2026

Join us for The Kidney Foundation Northern Alberta & The Territories FREE 2026

Grande Prairie Kidney and Transplant Health Forum.

The Health Forum is a community gathering designed for individuals living with kidney disease or transplantation, their families, and organ donors.

This event is all about connection, learning, and empowerment. Our goal is to help our kidney and transplant community be active partners in their health journey.

During the event, researchers and healthcare professionals will share the latest in kidney care and transplantation. Attendees will also hear from other patients and families to gain practical advice from those who have walked this path. Topics will include kidney health, nutrition, treatment options, and what to expect along the way.

This is your chance to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who understand.

Let's navigate this journey together!

Your registration includes lunch and refreshments! If you have any questions, please email us Krysta.Gendreau@kidney.ca or call 587-412-5479

This Forum is FREE, but registration is mandatory.
