On October 5th at 1:00 PM, join the DC Return, Refund and Recycle Coalition for a special ZOOM Rally that will feature Councilmember's Charles Allen and Brianne Nadeau, and others, with a special appearance by Oakley the Otter! Participants will hear from our most enthusiastic bill supporters on the DC Council, receive a special update on how the campaign is going, and hear from coalition leaders what needs to happen to make our bottle bill dream a reality. |
